Ini adalah seperti keterangan SP2 semasa pemeriksaan utama di m/s 49 – 51 di dalam Nota Keterangan: S/N sEXEnKPpukiCdNeEaq5Elw Now, can you clarify what is your claim you stated under Answer No.7? Answer No.7 which runs until page 16, from page 7 to 16. KC Ok. RS What are these claims? Ok. Little bit of a long explanation. Please. Under the contract if we can look exactly at the contract terms and conditions, we have excluded for each equipment we have clearly mentioned what we are going to do, what we are not going to do which was mutually agreed and signed, ok. Like for the DCD320, like as explained earlier, since it was not a full refurbishment, so we cannot take responsibility of components which have not been touched, checked by us for the past maybe 14 years. So, we just take on the equipment and then so for that reason we cannot use the cost we charged on a monthly basis to repair such major components. So, we specifically exclude this in the contract. We mentioned that this component if it fails, you have to pay separately, ok. That’s where all these invoices come in. None of these invoices are invoices which we have charged them for whatever is being mentioned in the contract. So, that’s the difference. S/N sEXEnKPpukiCdNeEaq5Elw Ok. So, you are saying, the tax invoices stated in Answer No.7 is not (..00:29:57) by the contract? Nothing at all. Ok. This is additional works, is that what you are saying? Yes. Alright, ok. Just to add on a little bit into this matter. I think earlier there was also something asked about the timing of job completion and again, that is referring to whatever has been mentioned only in the contract. So, all these which are excluded from the contract, all those works which have been excluded from the contract doesn’t tie up to that timing which we have mentioned. If we tell them that we do preventive maintenance, we come in, we change the replacement of the engine oil, filter and all those basic parts which is mentioned in the contract, this is the time we will take. If it’s one day, we do it in one day and that doesn’t tie up to all those jobs done outside the contract’s scope.”
