13 [32] I do note once again that the adjudicator had addressed his mind to this issue when in the AD he had stated that he agreed with the decision in Giatreka Sdn Bhd v SGW Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd and another appeal [2019] MLJU 1477 that the Notice of Adjudication was properly served on the Plaintiff’s registered address.

I also agree that in the matter before me, that the Plaintiff had appointed its representative to the Adjudication long before the Adjudicator was appointed.

I again hold that such a decision of the Adjudicator cannot be reviewed or appealed against on my similar grounds above and thus there is no breach of natural justice on this issue of service of the Notice of Adjudication.

Ultimately to surmise my findings above, I hold that the Adjudicator did not act in breach of natural justice or in excess of his jurisdiction and in the circumstances, I am dismissing enclosure 1 with costs.
