Further, during cross-examination, PW-1 also agreed and accepted that they had collected the further 4 post-dated cheques from December 2022 to March 2023 for the sum of RM 70,000.00 each, being the interest payment and one bullet payment of RM 3,500,000.00 as capital repayment. S.SINGH Yes. With this deduction, the Defendant deposited with the Plaintiff, the cheques that at page 109 Bundle B, Mr. Ch’ng. Bundle B Yang Arif, page 109. Okay, I'm there. S.SINGH So the cheques are made up of four cheques, 70,000 each, they are dated here 15,12.2022 at page 109, we have 15 January same amount 70,000, 15 February same amount 70,000, and at page 110, 15 March 70,000. And together with this, once again, a bullet payment cheque which is dated 15.3.2023 for 3.5 million. Correct? Correct. S.SINGH Yes. And all this cheques this time, was not being held by Bishan & Partners as stakeholder in fact it was deposited directly with the Plaintiff, correct? Correct.
