It is therefore appropriate to order a general inquiry into damages, within which the Plaintiff may advance its claims for aggravated and exemplary damages. The Court hearing the assessment shall determine, on the evidence adduced during the inquiry, whether such awards are warranted. Accordingly, prayers (h), (i), and (j) are not granted as standalone reliefs but are to be considered and determined within the inquiry under prayer (k), as amended by this Court. Prayers (k), (l), and (m) are allowed. The costs of this application shall be quantified and dealt with together with the costs of the assessment of damages.
