In this case therefore the balance of convenience is in allowing the Plaintiff’s application as it is necessary to preserve status quo of the Building and to prevent an irreparable damage to the Plaintiff, until the dispute is determined by the Court. There are plethora of case on both preserving a property and preventing irreparable damage which the Court deemed it not necessary to delve in here. Conclusion 13. In the upshot the Court allowed the Plaintiff’s application with a cost of RM3,000.
