Section 50

Section 50

A Protector or any person authorized in writing by a Protector may require—

(a)

a child who has entered or been brought into Malaysia; and

(b)

any person who may appear to have the custody or control of such child, to appear before him, at any reasonable time and at any convenient place, to be examined pursuant to section 113.
