Section 101

Where by or under any written law a power is conferred on the

Yang di-Pertuan Agong or any authority to appoint any board, commission, committee or similar body, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong or that authority may, unless, the contrary intention appears, appoint a chairman, a deputy chairman and a secretary of such board, commission, committee or similar body.
