Section 130

Section 130

PART III of this Act [Interpretation (States of West Malaysia)

Act 1967] is enacted in pursuance of Article 76(1)(b) of the Federal

Constitution for the purpose of promoting uniformity of the laws of the States of West Malaysia, shall extend only to such of those states which adopt this PART in pursuance of Article 76(3) of the Federal

Constitution.
