Section 55

Any written law providing that the fiat, consent or authority of any person is necessary before any prosecution or other legal proceedings are begun, or for any other purpose in connection with any legal proceedings, shall be deemed also to provide that any document purporting to be or to bear the signed fiat, consent or authority of that person shall be received as prima facie evidence in

any proceedings without proof being given that the signature is what it purports to be.
