Section 67

Section 67

“Federal law” means—

Every Act of Parliament, Ordinance and Enactment shall be a public Act of Parliament, Ordinance or Enactment, as the case may be, and shall be judicially noticed as such unless the contrary is expressly provided by the Act of Parliament, Ordinance or

Enactment.
