Judicial notice of proclamations, orders and regulations
Judicial notice shall be taken of every proclamation, order or regulation by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong or by a Ruler or Ruler in
Council or Yang di-Pertua Negeri or Yang di-Pertua Negeri in
Council made or purporting to be made in pursuance of any Act of
Parliament, Ordinance or Enactment.
