Section 92
Subject to any express provision in any Act of Parliament or
Ordinance, where power is conferred on the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to make subsidiary legislation, any such subsidiary legislation shall take precedence over any subsidiary legislation made by any other authority in which is also vested subsidiary legislative powers in respect of the same matters, and, where any such subsidiary legislation conflicts, the subsidiary legislation made by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong shall prevail.
