Section 7

The Minister charged with responsibility for the judiciary may make rules as to the manner in which a case can be remitted by a Court authorized to confirm a provisional order to the court which made the provisional order, and generally for facilitating communications between the courts, and may make such other rules as he deems necessary to carry into effect the purposes of this Act.
