(1)
For the purposes of this Act there shall be established a Board which shall be a body corporate under the name of "The Social and Welfare Services Lotteries Board" and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
Provided that nothing in this section shall prevent the Board from building or purchasing or otherwise acquiring premises in excess of its requirement and letting such parts of the premises as are in excess thereof on such terms as the Board may deem it fit.
