Section 11D

A person who commences to serve in a post in a public service in pursuance of a notice issued under subsection 11C(1), shall continue to serve in that post or in such subsequent post or posts in the same or such other public service as may from time to time be determined by the Director General of Health in his discretion for a continuous total

period of not more than three years to the satisfaction of the Director

General of Health and if he fails to do so, he shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
