Section 14

Section 14

(2)

The conditions referred to in subsection (1) shall be the following:

(a)

in each set of premises in which the business is carried on, the business must be bona fide conducted by a registered pharmacist;

(b)

the name and certificate of registration of the person by whom the business is so conducted in any premises shall be conspicuously exhibited in those premises.

(3)

If any such executor, administrator or trustee or any person in his employment—

(a)

has been convicted of an offence under this Act or under any written law relating to therapeutic substances, or dangerous drugs or poisons for the time being in force in

Malaysia; or

(b)

has been convicted of any other criminal offence, or been guilty of any misconduct, which, in the opinion of the

Board, renders him, or would if he were a registered pharmacist render him, liable to any of the punishments under section 18A, the Board may inquire into the case and may, unless in the case of an act or omission by a person in his employment, the executor, administrator or trustee satisfies the Board that the act or omission in question was not connived at or instigated by him, direct that he shall cease to be entitled to use any title or description which might have been used by the deceased registered pharmacist.
