Section 5

For the purposes of this Act, a register of pharmacists (hereinafter referred to as the register) shall be kept, in such form as may be prescribed, by the Director of Pharmaceutical Services, (hereinafter referred to as the Registrar), who shall be responsible for the maintenance and custody thereof and shall perform such duties in connection therewith as may be prescribed.
