Section 9

If any person applying for registration has been convicted of any offence which in the opinion of the Board renders him unfit to be on the register or, after due inquiry by the Board, is deemed by it to have been guilty of infamous conduct in any professional respect, the Board may refuse to admit such person to the register. Upon such inquiry, the person against whom such conduct is alleged shall be entitled to appear by himself or with or by counsel and to be heard personally or by counsel.
