Moneylending agreement to be given to the borrower
(2)
A licensee who executes a moneylending agreement which does not comply with this section shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months or to both.
