Section 29J

The following proceeds are assigned to the States of Sabah and

Sarawak:

penalties for late renewal of licence under section 5E;

and

fees for advertisement permits as prescribed under the

Moneylenders (Control and Licensing) Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 400/2003].
