Prohibition of subsequent application pending appeal on earlier application
(2)
In the event that any licence is issued as a result of a subsequent application made in the circumstances specified in subsection (1), the licence so granted shall be void and shall have no effect.
(3)
Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
