Section 21

On the making of an interim order or on the determination of the application, the Court may make such order as to costs as it may think just, and in particular may order the applicant to pay the out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the guardian ad litem or incurred in attending the Court by any other of the respondents, or such part of the order as the Court thinks proper.
