Section 11R
Application of section 182 of the Armed Forces Act to evidence
Section 182 of the Armed Forces Act 1972 (which relates to proof of outcome of civil trial of a person subject to service law)
shall apply in the case of a person in the national service reserve who is tried by a civil court, whether or not he is at the time of the trial subject to service law.
