Section 26

The Pineapple Industry Ordinance 1951, is hereby repealed:

Provided that the Pineapple Joint Industrial Council established under the Ordinance hereby repealed shall notwithstanding such repeal continue in being for so long only as is necessary for the said

Council to discharge its liabilities (if any) and transfer its functions to the Board.
