Interpretation
(2)
Nothing in this Act contained—
(a)
refers to land held under mining lease or other mining title;
(b)
shall in any manner whatsoever affect the rights of the
Yang di-Pertuan Agong or of the Government or of the
Ruler or Yang di-Pertua Negeri or of the Government of any State.
