The agreement of guarantee heretofore concluded between the
Government in the name of the Federation of Malaysia and the Bank is hereby ratified and validated in all respects and shall have effect for all purposes as if this Act had been in force on such date and the said agreement had been duly concluded and executed in exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act.
