(1)
When a debtor is arrested under section 28 he may be released by order of the court, either with or without giving security to the satisfaction of the court that he will not leave Malaysia without the previous permission in writing of the Director General of Insolvency or of the court, or that he will not remove any of his goods or conceal or destroy any of his goods or any books, documents or writings which might be of use to his creditors in the course of his bankruptcy.
Proceeds of security to fall into the estate of the debtor
