(2)
The list under subsection (1) shall be available, at all reasonable times, for inspection by any member of the public at any office of the Director General of Insolvency.
(3)
The name of a deceased bankrupt shall be removed from the list five years after the end of the administration of his estate in bankruptcy.
(4)
The Director General of Insolvency may issue a copy of the list to any person upon request by that person and upon payment of the prescribed fee.
