The Director General of Insolvency, Deputy Director

General of Insolvency, Directors of Insolvency, Deputy Directors of Insolvency, Senior Assistant Directors of Insolvency, Assistant

Directors of Insolvency, Insolvency Officers and other officers may administer oaths for the purposes of any matters or proceedings under this Act or for the purpose of taking affidavits.

The Director General of Insolvency, Deputy Director General of Insolvency and every Director of Insolvency, Deputy Director of Insolvency, Senior Assistant Director of Insolvency, Assistant

Director of Insolvency, Insolvency Officer and other officer shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the

Penal Code.
