Section 22

In conducting any enquiry, it shall not be necessary for the

(a)

to take down the evidence of any witness verbatim unless it thinks it desirable to do so, or is so requested by that witness or by any other person appearing in the course of the enquiry; and where the evidence is not taken down verbatim, the Committee shall record the substance of such evidence; or

(b)

to put in writing any decision given or order made, except in a short and concise form, showing the reasons for the decision or order.
