of PADI CULTIVATORS (CONTROL OF RENT AND SECURITY OF TENURE) ACT 1967
Section 37
Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this
Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment which may extend to a term of six months or to both.
