(2)
An exemption granted under this section may be withdrawn at any time and shall cease to have effect on the expiration of one year from the date on which it is granted, without prejudice, however, to the power of the Minister to grant a further exemption.
(3)
A decision of the Minister under this section shall be final and conclusive and shall not be subject to appeal or review in any court.
