For the avoidance of doubt, “a Judge of the Federal Court”, for the purposes of this section, shall include the Chief Judges, President and the Chief Justice; and in its application to the Chief Justice, subsection (1) shall be read as if the words “with the approval of the

Chief Justice” have been omitted therefrom.
