(a)
a representative of the Prime Minister's Department;
(b)
a representative of the Treasury;
(c)
a representative of the Industry;
Ministry of Commerce and
(d)
a representative of the Lands;
Ministry of Agriculture and
(e)
a representative of the Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority; and

(f)
not less than two and not more than four other persons who have had experience of and have shown capacity in matters relating to production or marketing of padi and rice.
(2)
The Minister shall, when appointing persons in paragraph (f) of subsection (1) give due consideration to the need for the various sectors of the padi and rice industry to be represented.
(3)
The provisions of the Schedule to this Act shall apply to the Lembaga.
