Section 32

Any police officer having reason to suspect that any person in or loitering about any pawn premises has with him any article dishonestly obtained, may detain such person and require him to produce any article he may have with him; and if such person shall refuse to comply with such requirement or shall produce any article which the police officer has reason to suspect to have been unlawfully obtained, he may take such person to the nearest police station there to be dealt with according to the law.
