Investment
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the
Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, acquire and develop land and property for or in connection with the exercise of its powers and for this purpose may enter into such negotiations, arrangements or agreements as may be necessary for generating income required for the operation of the Authority.
