(2)
A Scheme prescribed under subsection (1) may include provisions for the assistance, promotion or encouragement of the replanting, new planting of rubber plant or, where in the opinion of the Authority it is desirable in the interest of the rubber industry that such provision should be made, of the planting of other crops to be specified in the Scheme.
