Section 43
Release of rubber, etc., seized
Notwithstanding section 41, the Director General or any officer authorized by the Director General may, where he thinks fit, at any time direct that any rubber or the proceeds of sale of

the rubber, or any book, record, document or other article seized under this Act be released to the person from whose possession, custody or control it was seized.
