Any licensed bank, if at any time called upon in writing by the Central Bank to do so, shall satisfy it by the production of such evidence or information as it may require that the bank is not acting in contravention of any of the provisions of sections/26,27,29,30 and 31.
(2)
The provisions of this section shall not apply to the purchasing or selling of gold by any licensed bank.
