(2)
No deed, document or other instrument sealed with the seal of the Corporation shall be deemed to be duly sealed unless—
(a)
such seal has been affixed in the presence of the Sister
Superior for the time being in office, or her attorney duly authorized by a power of attorney registered under the
Powers of Attorney Act 1949 [Act 424]; and
(b)
such deed, document or other instrument is signed by the said Sister Superior for the time being in office or her attorney so authorized as aforesaid.
(3)
Such signing shall be and be taken as sufficient evidence of the due sealing of such deed, document or other instrument.
