(2)

Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the

Authority may delegate to the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Director

General, any of its other members or any person authority to sanction expenditure from the Fund or any other money under the control of the Authority up to such limit as the Authority shall in such case specify.
