Section 17

The Minister may confirm, vary or rescind the order or direct that the measure or work specified therein shall be proceeded with, varied or abandoned, as the case may be, or make any order which the Director General or a Medical Officer of Health is competent to make under this Act, and the decision of the Minister thereon shall be final.
