Section 21

Officer of Health, an inspector or any person engaged in carrying out the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding

**ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
