Section 24

Where the Director General, a Medical Officer of Health or an inspector requires to enter into any premises for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act, he may if he considers it necessary obtain the assistance of a police officer and such police officer shall render such assistance as may be necessary for the purpose.
