Section 4

Public servants

The Director General, a Medical Officer of Health, an inspector and any other person delegated with the powers under this Act shall when acting within the scope of the powers and duties under this Act and any regulations made thereunder be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].
