Order for delivery of solicitor’s bill of costs by way of petition
(2)
Upon the petition being filed, the Registrar shall mark the order thereon forthwith, and draw up the order if necessary.
(3)
Subject to this section, the Court shall have the like jurisdiction as the High Court in England to make an order under subsection (1).
