Casual vacancy to be filled by qualified person
(2)
Notwithstanding any vacancy in the Council the continuing members of the Council may act if there is a quorum; and no act done by or under the authority of the Bar Council shall be invalid in consequence of any defect subsequently discovered in the election or qualification of the members or any of them.
