Section 69

The combination of any ten or more members in a State or of any ten or more members in two or more States for the purposes of Part IV of the Ordinance shall be recognized as a State Bar for the purposes of this Act provided that not less than ten of the members representing the State Bar have been practising in the relevant State or States for the whole of the period of the twelve months immediately before the coming into operation of this Act.
