Section 111

Any person who refuses to give or wilfully misstates his name and identity card number or the name and address of the owner of the premises shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months or to both.
