Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of subsection (1), the Board shall, not later than 30 April in each year, cause to be made and transmitted to the Minister a report dealing with the activities of the Universiti during the preceding financial year and in such form and containing such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Universiti as the Minister may, from time to time, direct.

The Minister shall cause a copy of every report of the

Universiti to be laid on the table of each House of Parliament at its next meeting after the receipt of the report by the Minister.
